I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone, but I do see now that our most sizable struggles can become our most rewarding and substantial shifts. For me, this was the impetus of a healing journey using nourishing foods, stress-management techniques and an attuned connection with my body.

Two healthy pregnancies and two babies later, I am deeply rooted in the belief that you can achieve anything when you prioritize your health. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey to parenthood. 

I have the nutrition know-how and the mindset secrets to help women (and their partners!) optimize fertility. 

I specialize in helping women develop a love for nutrient dense foods to improve their digestion, balance hormones, and clear toxins, so they can experience abundant reproductive health

If you rewind the tape a few years, my perspective was much different. As a former collegiate athlete, I spent the better part of my life overtraining, under-resting, practicing negative self-talk and recklessly following fad diets.That was until a car accident in my early 30s quite literally brought me to a screeching halt. Left with a thyroid issue among other injuries, I worried my health was in such a crisis that I wouldn't be able to grow my family.
